Calvin is an experienced and proven 24+ year litigator focused on probate and inheritance litigation. Every day, Calvin is helping clients to secure their legacies and get what is rightfully theirs through successful probate services including will contests and disputes, executor and trustee litigation, fraudulent deed transfers, and financial elder abuse litigation.

In 2002 as a young associate uninspired by his big-box law firm, Calvin left to start his own practice Since then, he has provided 1000s of clients with trusted, reliable and results-focused legal services. As the owner and CEO of Peach State Probate, P.C., Calvin’s practice reflects his core values of Integrity, Courage, Resilience, and Respect—values that guided him to success as a stand-out football player and three-year starter for the West Virginia University Mountaineers football team.

Calvin is a member of the National Top 100 Black Lawyers, The National Top 100 Trial Lawyers, and the Georgia Bar Association and is admitted to practice before the Georgia Supreme Court, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Northern District of Georgia and the Middle District of Georgia.
